This website, arctable.app, is run by ArcZen Technologies LLC ("we"). This notice covers this website only. If you booked a table through a restaurant that uses ArcTable, see the booking privacy notice instead.
What we collect
When you request access, we store what you send us: your name, your restaurant's name, city and country, its approximate covers per week, and your email address.
To stop spam and abuse, we also store a one-way hash of your IP address, made with a secret key. It can't be turned back into your address; it only lets us spot repeated submissions.
That's all. This site doesn't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. It only remembers your £ or $ choice in your browser for the current visit.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to your request and talk to you about ArcTable, and the IP hash to protect the form. If you're in the UK, our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and keeping the site safe.
We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Who handles it for us
We use a small number of service providers, who process data only on our instructions:
- Supabase stores the data in our database.
- Fly.io runs the servers that receive the form.
- Vercel hosts this website.
- Resend delivers the email that tells our team about your request.
- Sentry receives error reports if something goes wrong, which can include details of the failed request.
These providers may process data in the United States and the United Kingdom.
How long we keep it
We keep your request while we're in touch with you about ArcTable, and delete it when you ask us to or when we no longer need it.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your details, to correct them, or to delete them, by emailing hello@arctable.app. If you're in the UK and unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If this notice changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
